I instagram too! @shermieloves

This is yet another “makeup-less” day. Yupp, usually when I meet J, or goes Tampines Mall, I enjoy scaring people with my naked face. Okay, I kid. But yes, I try not to apply makeup when I’m going to somewhere that I’m very comfortable with. Namely, Tampines. Why? I spent four years there without any makeup, you probably guessed, secondary school! My pores are already super clogged as it is, so I’m trying my very best to not apply so much foundation and stuffs on my face. But you know, as girls, sometimes we just can’t help it but be vain.

Hurray! Today is…… work day. ): I was told today will be my last day working for this company. Therefore, I decided that it’s time to bend the rules a lil bit. I’ve already vision myself to be wearing this denim vest, so I skipped the usual dark denim shorts for this lighter shade to match it up. To not allow dullness in the outfit, a bright inner wear to create a pop is required. Toss in my dream catcher to get all the focus on my upper body and the outfit is born! Now onto accessories we go. I recently got my hands on the clubs ring, what better way to complement it then with my suits earrings right? Cliché but works pretty well, I would say. Since the only pop colour is green in my outfit, I can’t have my accessories go astray; the green in my bracelet is too attractive to resist and the green in the clock to show the colours off. That’s what I’ve done for the outfit today. Not too shabby I hope? (:

OOTD: whimsical box

I was going to pair this vest in another outfit, but I decided, it wouldn't hurt repeating it eh?

Yeah, my dog likes to join the fun.

It was supposed to be a shopping date. Then it had to rain! Resulting in change of plans, instead of Bugis, I went Tampines. Not too bad, I found some comfy basics, so comfy that I feel like rolling around my bed with it.

Instagram!

Of course, I just had to camwhore a little.

Smile, (:

I realised a lot of my wardrobe came from Bugis, Scape or overseas. Reason for that? I don’t like to spend more than S$30 for a piece of clothing. Or rather, I try not to spend more than $30. I have different amount set for different types of wardrobe, i.e the necklaces, the rings and so on so forth.  I know some of you go for quality and don’t mind spending a bit more. For me? I know myself best, I change through clothing faster than throwing a tissue away. So, I’ve to set a budget for myself  to help me save some money. Cause girls, you all know how hard it is to resist shopping, I’m not that delusional to trust that I can cut down on my shopping. Instead, I cut down on my budget. It seems to work pretty well for me. If you have excessive shopping issues, try this, who knows, it might just work! Do share with me of your saving methods!

OOTD: Floral candy

What do you wear when you need to meet the other family for the first time?

As demure as possible! Of course, I went without the sunnies, demure me? No way, if it's the usual Shermie, definitely with the sunnies on. And no, it wasn't J's family that I was meeting. It's my brother's girlfriend's family, he is getting married! Chant with me, *new room *new room *new room *new room

New belt, vest, ring, necklace, clutch, skirt that i dug out from somewhere, and I found this bracelet hidden away in one of my bags! Have to wear it, since it magically appeared!

At Sheraton hotel. Had a very unpleasant "food tasting" session. The service? One word, YUCKS. Officially on my no-no list, not gonna hold my own wedding there. But that's just my personal opinion, well, of two families actually, long story!

The classic "I dropped something look".

The vest actually have two ribbons sticking out like the above, i hid it inside the vest. And yes, how can I possibly survive the chilly room without my trusty cardigan?

Up-close of the clutch. (:

Outfit:

Blue spaghetti; cotton on
Skirt
Wedge(old); Bugis
Clutch
Necklace; asos
Bracelet
Ring; Bugis haul, previous post.
Sunnies; h&m

After I came home, I realised, I didn't draw my brows! /laughs

Recently, I've been loving the colour orange, or anything corally orange/red/pink. You know, basically that same group of colours. I find myself reaching out for orange skirt, orange top, orange shorts. Even my online buys, I've been choosing orange stuffs!

So, that day, I was having lots of random inspiration, I woke up wanting to wear my orange skirt and leopard prints pump. Then I thought, wouldn't this skirt make me look oldish and office lady like? Not a look that I fancy, so I wanted to change the feel of the outfit, that's when the vest and the necklace came in. Honestly, I didn't expect it to work! When I looked in the mirror, I was like, omg? It worked! Oh, by the way, I love my eyeliner that day, although it makes me looked like I've droopy eyes. ):

Do anyone knows how to rectify this problem? blogger is not correcting my first letter of every sentence, neither is it giving me auto caps for i. all the things im typing doesnt come with any apostrophe(')! its frustrating that ive to manually edit all my "i", "i'll", "i've", "doesn't". UGHH
