I was going out with my girlfriends, usually when I go out with my girlfriends, I’m kinda an extremist on it, I either wear super casual, or super dressed up. Especially now that J drives, I tend to wear heels/wedges a lot more often than before. Because…… I’ve a backup flats in the car! Say yay! Though he don’t drive often, but better than nothing right? Hahaha.

It was a day of school+catching up with a girlf. A long day indeed, and usually for long days, I tend to avoid skirts and dresses. Because I've this secret fear that I will "accidentally" free show due to tiredness and laziness. So, because of school, I went for jeans instead of shorts, and what better opportunity to wear my new pink ombre jeans from my recent asos haul? (: The boyf says I can pull off pink very well, because I'm just the kinda girl that screams "i love pink!". I wonder is that a good thing, probably not...

So, obviously, from the first photo, you could tell that I went to school. A rare occasion indeed, I've been skipping school way too often. Because...... I've been working for quite a bit now, but it seems that, that working streak of mine have ended. Ah well, but I still need money, always have, always will. How many of you girls out there skipped school due to work and tiredness from work?

Now, back to the outfit, I used to hate lace, my girlfriends didn't understand why, hell, I didn't understand too, I always thought that it was because I was brought up a tomboy, I used to play soccer and all.. Surprised? Hahaha, I would be too. But now, I have to say, I'm a convert now, I love lace, well some, or maybe most.... I think?

I was so happy with my outfit and it doesn't hurt that I'm going to have good food with J and all. BUT! I forgot to wear a belt again for the 2346792645924^th time! I just can’t seem to remember to wear a belt and its grating on my nerves! Urghh! On a plus side, food was G.R.E.A.T! J brought me to Ssikkek Korean BBQ in Novena, free flow of pure meaty goodness. It may not be comparable with those in Korea, but from what I gathered, it’s definitely the closest you can get authentic Korean BBQ in Singapore. Do try it out! There’s another branch that opened in Tampines One, J is bound to drag me over. Hopefully it is just as good…

It’s a day for triple date with my girls. First stop was to drop by Ikea for some furniture! I had a really bad experience with the cold in Ikea before, when I wore TRIPLE layers of clothing the other time. This time, I smarten up and wore a thick material blazer to combat the blasts of freezing air. After lunch and fruitful purchases at Ikea, I went home to change out, to prepare for some fishing fun! Lovely day that was spent with great company. (:
